Municipal government signs and plaques

We are deeply grateful for the service that our fire, police, and other government officials provide. A personalized wooden plaque or sign can be a way to commemorate years of service, a lasting way to say thank you. Here are some examples of past projects. Of course each situation is unique to the person and the occasion. Size and species of wood can vary according to personal preference. Lettering and images are carved into the wood and painted if desired to highlight the engraving. No lasers, vinyl stickers, or stencils are used.

The process of making each of our products begins with hand selecting a piece of wood for its structure and beauty. The sign is meticulously hand sanded to provide a smooth finish. A clear topcoat is added to provide the desired luster and years of protection.

Each piece of wood is unique. Your sign will be beautiful, though it will not be an exact replica of any of the photos in this listing.

You can expect a proof of your sign for your review within 3 days of your order. The price includes minor changes to your proof. If major changes are requested, the charge for changes will be discussed before moving forward. Once your proof is approved, you can expect your final product withing 7-10 business days. Shipping is free for addresses within the United States.

If you are outside of the USA, please contact me BEFORE placing an order to get the right shipping calculated. Etsy does not have a way to vary shipping based on size and weight when multiple options are available.

37-81 square inches (i.e. 9”x9” or 8”x10”)
82-144 square inches (i.e. 12”x12” or 9”x16”)
145-225 square inches (i.e. 15”x15” or 10”x22 ½”)
226-324 square inches (i.e. 18”x18” or 12”x27”)
