𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥:
👨‍🚒 You will purchase through Etsy selecting the size and any personalization
👨‍🚒 We will need a vector file (SVG) of the badge or emblem. Don't stress over this, there are a number of ways to obtain this file. Reach out through Etsy messenger, and I can provide some direction.
👨‍🚒 Once we have the file, I will design your plaque and send you a proof for your approval.
👨‍🚒 When you are happy and the proof is approved, production will begin.

𝗙𝗔𝗤𝘀:
🚑 How long does this take?
Answer: There are two areas where things can slow down. First, getting the file to me. That usually only takes a day. The second is your approval. Production does not begin until you approve the design. If you respond quickly, I will start production right away. Keep in mind drying takes a bit of time between coats of paint or topcoat. End to end, this will normally take 5-7 days.
🚑 How will I know when the plaque is finished?
Answer: The day your plaque gets mailed, you will be notified and be provided a tracking number.
🚑 What if I am trying to meet a deadline?
Answer: Let me know as soon as you order. That helps me prioritize. My goal is for you to have a wonderful customer experience.
